Red Wine Braised Beef
Deliciously slow-simmered beef immersed in a rich red wine sauce, accompanied by aromatic vegetables and fresh herbs. This hearty dish is served atop creamy mashed potatoes enriched with crème fraîche and garnished with a generous sprinkle of fresh chives.
Chicken Piccata
Succulent pan-seared chicken paired with artichokes and capers, all enveloped in a bright, zesty lemon-butter sauce. The briny burst of capers combined with the tender artichoke hearts is served over a bed of linguini, alongside a side of herbed roasted vegetables.
