Refund policy
For dinners and food related orders, and events there is no refund available within 48 hours of the scheduled order delivery date or scheduled event. The purchased tickets may be transferred to another guest with advanced notice.
For opened items, no refunds will be provided.
For unopened items (not food), exchanges may be considered within 2 weeks of purchase. If shipping applies, the customer will be responsible for all returns and exchange shipping and handling fees.
